How to Request Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information by emailing Jenn.Walsh.btb@gmail.com. Please include the product name, the email address associated with the account, and any context needed to identify the account.

This account deletion process covers Areté, Beyond the Bedside, Anchor, and Galene within The Pursuit Health Ecosystem.
What Information May Be Deleted
Deletion may include account profile information, personal information associated with the account, product activity, reflections or journal entries, connected wearable or wellness information stored by the products, and other user-associated records that are no longer needed to provide services or meet retention obligations.
What Information May Be Retained
Some information may be retained when necessary for legal, security, billing, audit, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, operational integrity, contractual, or compliance purposes.
Community Content Considerations
Content shared in community or group contexts may require additional handling. We may remove, de-identify, or disconnect community content from the account where appropriate, but some shared records may remain if needed to preserve conversation integrity, safety, compliance, or other users' authorized access.
Legal/Security Retention
We may retain limited records where reasonably required to document the deletion request, protect the services, investigate misuse, comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, or maintain security and audit logs.
Expected Processing Timeline
Deletion requests are generally reviewed and processed within 30 days after verification, unless additional time is required due to legal, security, technical, contractual, or identity verification needs.
