Some products or features may be offered as beta, preview, pilot, or early-access software. Beta features may be incomplete, change without notice, contain errors, or be discontinued.
Community Expectations
Community spaces, where available, require respectful participation. Users may not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, shame, spam, or post content that is unlawful, unsafe, discriminatory, or inconsistent with a professional recovery, resilience, performance, and well-being environment.
No Medical Advice
The products are intended for education, reflection, recovery support, resilience support, performance support, and personal insight.
The products do not replace professional medical care, mental health care, therapy, coaching, emergency services, or crisis support.
Users should contact qualified professionals or emergency services when needed.
No Emergency Services
The products do not provide emergency services, crisis intervention, suicide prevention, real-time monitoring, or urgent clinical response. If you may be experiencing a medical, mental health, safety, or other emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified crisis resource immediately.
Health and Wearable Data
If you connect wearable, Apple Health, WHOOP, or other health-related data sources, you authorize use of that data to provide the product functionality and insights you request. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act on any educational, recovery, resilience, performance, or wellness information.
Account Access and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Intellectual Property
The products, designs, software, content, names, logos, workflows, and related materials are owned by The Pursuit Health Ecosystem or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the products as intended.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the products, interfere with security, reverse engineer where prohibited, scrape or extract data at scale, upload malicious code, violate others' rights, use the products for unlawful purposes, or attempt to access accounts, systems, or information without authorization.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pursuit Health Ecosystem and its owners, operators, service providers, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on product content.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, creates risk, fails to pay applicable fees, misuses the products, or if continued access is no longer appropriate in an enterprise, beta, safety, legal, or operational context.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as the products, legal requirements, or operating practices evolve. Continued use after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
